Exploring Downtown Arlington Heights for Christmas lights is easy peasy.  Park once and explore both Harmony Park and North School Park.  Both destinations offer the opportunity to take photos with different light displays.  Harmony Park even offers the opportunity to visit with Santa Claus on select days.

The Village of Elk Grove and the Elk Grove Park District Pavilion go all out with displays that stretch over Wellington Ave. A perfect destination for a stroll around both campuses.  There are plenty of areas to snap that Instagram-worthy photo!

The Village of Itasca decks the halls at Usher Park! The gazebo converts to Santa's sleigh where he visits on various days in December. Plenty of opportunities to snap photos with family, friends or that special date. IItasca Country Club glistens in white! Head on over to Fox & Turtle for dinner and grab a unique 90s inspired drink at No School Tomorrow.

Rolling Meadows

The City of Rolling Meadows decorates The Rolling Meadows 1950s Museum with a festive holiday display. The highlight of this display is the enormous tree decked out with 100s of lights and a giant star - the original Christmas symbol.

The Village of Roselle along with the Roselle Police & Fire Department share a campus chocked full of Christmas light displays. Looking to get a little exercise while taking in Christmas lights? Take a trip around the pond at Turner Park where all the light displays glisten. 

Schaumburg

The Village of Schaumburg and the Schaumburg Park District team up to decorate a variety of locations within the village including Volkening Lake with a variety of moving light displays.  The clock tower and trees around the pond at Town Square light up the corner of Roselle and Schaumburg roads. In between the Village of Schaumburg and Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts host a large light display with lots of areas to get your pic for the gram.  

 

Streamwood

The Village of Streamwood, Police Department and Veterans Memorial campus are highlighted with 1000s of Christmas lights. One night each year (for 40 years this year!), Streamwood comes together for Luminaria. 3,000 luminaries will line the municipal campus as well as Park Blvd. from Schaumburg Road to Irving Park Road. 

The City of Wood Dale showcases a beautifully lit tree with an ornament photo opp for snapping a pic or two!
