SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (February 24, 2026)  Meet Chicago Northwest (MCNW) has announced their annual Chicago Northwest Restaurant Week will occur from February 27 - March 8. The event will spotlight the vibrant restaurants and cuisines in Arlington Heights, Itasca, Rolling Meadows, Roselle, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, and Wood Dale. Participating restaurants will offer prix-fixe specialty menus and discounted featured menus to customers during the 10-day culinary experience.

Patrons can enjoy a mix of familiar choices and explore new hidden gems, with over 60 restaurants participating across the region. From casual grab-and-go food to sit-down meals featuring flavors from around the globe, the wide range of cuisines ensures there is something to satisfy every craving.

This year’s Restaurant Week lineup features a variety of local favorites across the region, including Elk Grove Village’s Cefalù Seaside Sicilian, Itasca’s Antonio’s Ristorante, Arlington Heights’ Rokbonki Japanese Steak House, Schaumburg’s Gaylord Fine Indian Cuisine, as well as Shabu-Yo, Nostimo Greek Kitchen, 1913 Restaurant and Wine Bar, Cortland’s Garage, and Casa di Luigi — with many more to explore during the 10-day culinary celebration.
