Celebrating Motherhood
The journey of motherhood appears in many different ways. Give yourself the gift of "me time!" Relax, reconnect and rejuvenate! Gear down, getaway from it all and enjoy a spa day! In this day of juggling work and raising a family, "me time" is rare. Mother/daughter relationships can be challenging and are ever=changing. However, the best gift that a mother can give a daughter--and, as she becomes an adult, that a daughter can give a mother is permission to be herself. In this session, you will learn the dynamics of the mother daughter or even more challenging step relationships. You'll learn to get to know each other as people and to navigate the mother/daughter relationship and the yin and yang of wanting to be close but yet the need to be separate., Hours: TBD, www.spavargas.com;
